Before you call
- Wait five minutes after the cycle ends. Many doors unlock after a short delay.
- Turn the machine off at the wall, wait a minute, and turn it back on.
Anything past these checks is a job for us. Please do not open the back or top of the machine, and never work on it while it is plugged in. Water and power do not mix, and a heavy drum can shift without warning.
